Attention Morning Athletes, and BT Graduates!

We are posting the Hours of Operation here as a reminder of how the system works.  Also, we are adding an additional morning heat on Monday, Wednesday and Friday until we transition to our new space.

So, please be aware that we will be opening at 5:30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday… first heat is @ 5:45am, and it will be a 30 minute heat.

First Heat will have a hard start time 15 minutes after opening, and
heats will start every 45 minutes until LAST WOD time.  Saturdays and
THE FIRST MORNING WOD will have 30 minute heats.  The Heat Schedule will
be posted on the whiteboard, and training sessions will be on a first
come, first serve basis (so it is up to you to sign up for your training
session upon arrival, so please get in the habit of signing up for your
heat).  This system will be in place until we implement online
scheduling in the near future.

Monday Hours:  5:30am-8am, 3:30pm-9pm… Monday Heats:  5:45am, 6:15am, 7:00am, 3:45pm, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm, 6:45pm, 7:30pm, 8:15pm

Tuesday:  (B.T. 6am – 7am) 8am-10:30am, 5pm-9pm… Tuesday Heats:  8:15am, 9:00am, 9:45am, 5:15pm, 6:00pm, 6:45pm, 7:30pm, 8:15pm

Wednesday:  5:30am-10:00am, 5pm-9pm… Wednesday Heats:   5:45am, 6:15am, 7:00am, 7:45am, 8:30am, 9:15am, 5:15pm, 6:00pm, 6:45pm, 7:30pm, 8:15pm

Thursday:  Competition Training (private) 5pm-7pm, (B.T. 7pm-8pm)

Friday:  5:30am-10:00am, 3:30pm-9pm… Friday Heats:  5:45am, 6:15am, 7:00am, 7:45am, 8:30am, 9:15am, 3:45pm, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm, 6:45pm, 7:30pm, 8:15pm

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
