Memorable WOD’s are the ones that have really challenged me or the one’s that for some reason I actually did really well at. I’ll probably bite my words but I’d like to do Murph again someday. It was really challenging to me because I recently started doing RX pull-ups before Murph, in fact I think I was still wearing gloves! That one took me almost an hour. It will be interesting to see how much time I can cut off of that.
