Ok, Shedheads….I have a question…so I went to doc today because my hand was numb after tuesdays workout…Turns out I strained the rhomboid muscle he said it was a bad strain….and I googled it…its a real muscle…he said no lifting…so tomorrows workout….deadlifts and overhead lifts…bad idea to ignore the doc and do it anyway?…so any feedback would be appreciated…..he recommends no lifting for a week….grrrr
