Gary served in Operation Desert Storm with the United States Marine
Corp. Upon his return from the Marines, he joined the Lantana, Florida
Police Force where he served for five years. He then joined the New York
City Police Force where he worked at the Midtown South Precinct during
9-11. Gary moved to Chesterfield, Va. to join the Chesterfield County
Police Force, where he lost his life in the line of duty. Gary fulfilled his lifelong ambition to both serve and
protect his country as a Marine and Police Officer.  Gary was an
exemplary and highly-respected police officer, and his achievements as a
soldier and police officer pale in comparison to the type of man he was. Gary had a
magnetic, larger than life personality that touched the lives of
many.  He made friends with everyone he came in contact with, and had
a smile that could light up a room. He would bring joy to your heart
just by looking at his cheerful face.

Gary was a good friend… the kind of friend you could always pick up
right where you left off, no matter how long it was when you saw him
last.  He was one of a kind, and he is deeply missed.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
