    Most of the usual 7:30 crew is taking a rest day tonight…not sure if you wanted to do the 6:30 heat – so you are not alone????
    There is still a chance that others may sign up for 7:30, but just wanted to give you the head’s up – in case you wanted to WOD with others.
    Works either way for us – we will be there for whatever time works best for you.
