Saturday, 10/5 Schedule:
7:30 – 8:30 WOD
8:30 – 9:30 Pilates
9:30 – 10:30 WOD
10:30 – 11:30 WOD
This will be reflected in MindBody later tonight.
Please also check out the revised Saturday schedule, which will be in effect starting NEXT Sat. (10/12). Classes are moving to 1 hour and will be at 7:30 and 8:30 (and/or Pilates 2x/month). We have had low attendance recently on Saturdays – so that is the reason for the switch.
BT remains 9:30-11 and new athletes will be at 11 AM.
