I’m no running expert, nor do I know your running level. But here is what I would do. 8 mile trail run, right? As long as you have been crossfitting, you won’t die.. but you will not run your optimal race. I would personally try to run 3-4 miles today/tomorrow just to get your body in the mood for sunday.. Good luck!
