I just want to say how much I love the shed and missed wodding…
most of you know I have had back issues since the summer and if you didn’t you do now…anyway
Yesterday was the first time doing pull-ups and double unders since probably mid August and have not done that many burpees in a long time either. It felt great!!! I did complete everything except did only 25 PU. I feel great today. I have been smart in realizing if you want an injury to heal properly you need to take care of it. It will not go away on its own. Yes it takes time and it SUCKS but it IS worth it. I am not 100% and it will take more time for me to get back to lifting the weights that I used to but it’s okay.
I loved being back in a WOD with other shedheads yesterday, sweating and breathing hard again!!! Thanks to everyone who has been supportive…it means a lot.
Train smart and I can’t wait to get back to my WALLBALLS!!! Who wants to do them with me???????

Heroes Journey WODs posted:
Doors Open: Feel free to come and begin mobilization at 6:30 PM.
WOD 1:
Station 1 – 2 minutes max reps hang squat clean (155#/95#)
Station 2 – 2 minutes max reps ring push ups (feet on 16” box)
Station 3 – 2 minutes max calorie row
Station 4 – 2 minutes max reps toes to bar
*Athletes spend 2 minutes at each station and move in the order of the above sequence. Score is total combined amount of each athletes max reps/calories.
WOD 2:
With a 10 minute time cap, 3 athletes begin alternating pistol squats for reps. The 4th athlete is completing 5 bear complexes as fast as possible at 155#/95#. Upon completion of bear complex, that athlete begins AMRAP burpees. 1 athlete moves from pistol squats to bear complex. Athletes move in this sequence until all are doing AMRAP burpees for the remainder of the 10 minutes.
*Score = total of max reps pistol squats and burpees.
