    Good Morning Shedheads,
It is so great to see so many of the heats filling up and with people on the waitlist. And in general if you are on a waitlist please feel free to come in…the coach that day will be able to fit you in. With that being said just shoot an email or post on the blog that you are waitlisted and is there room.
When you sign up for an hour class that is YOUR time not anyone else’s. What this means is if you signed up for the 5:30 you unfortunately do not get to go on the floor to stretch at 5:25. This also means that when you are done at 6:30 you need to respect the next class and get off at 6:30…not 6:40. If you need to stretch before or after the WOD more than your hour class time please go up in the loft. That is a big space that we can all use. Do core up there too. We are working on adding open gym time that will be more conducive to the working peeps. So that will be the time to work on MU, T2B, PU, or any other goats you may have.
I have been in 2 classes recently where athletes are working on other stuff while we are warming up and it is a distraction. Please respect our (I don’t want to sound harsh but) rules.
    Thanks

  10. I apologize to the athletes in any of the classes that I run. I really do intend to leave time at the end for “free time” to work on goats or anything else. I know that the majority of our athletes have specific goals, be it strength or movement efficiency. In these winter months, the most important thing is that we are all warmed up so that there are no injuries and sometimes that takes about half the class to do, leaving no time at the end. I will do what I can to make sure you all have that free time at the end, because that was what the coaches’ original plan was when the hour-long heats were implemented. Also, I apologize to Brielle and the others for allowing and encouraging some people to do stuff after their workout.

I’ve actually been meaning to ask if we could use the ghd’s and the loft space. I didn’t know if the chain was a deterrent for us.
Does anyone’s body feel like mine today? This week’s got me all swole. I feel like JoeG. #toowidetofit

  46. I’m guilty of stretching while the next warmup is happening. Sincerely sorry bout that.
Glad to see new and regular shedfriends at fro-ga tonight! Bring a blanket next week for savasana. Seriously.
Um, I just ate more than half of a raw lamb-burger while typing this. I couldn’t help myself!
