12:00 – accumulate 30 back squats… use 65-100% of your bodyweight… choose a weight and stick with it for 30 reps.
-5:00 – rest, set up barbells @ 115/75 (scale accordingly… no scaling up)-

6 deadlifts, 6 push press/jerk
9 deadlifts, 9 push press/jerk
