please take time to review the movement standards, etc.
also, please review the CFG Open Schedule link at the top of the page.
We are asking all athletes to use the loft for warm-up/cool-down, so we can try to keep things moving without a ton of distractions. If you want to be on the floor to cheer on your fellow athletes, please be sure not to interfere with judges and the athlete training area.
And, if you need to make special arrangements to get your WOD in due to scheduling conflicts… Open Gym hours are a great opportunity to make that happen, just be sure to have a qualified judge, and to have ZERO questions on the movement standards and time domain. (don’t do the snatches first, please).
If you have questions, please use the blog today. I will do my best to keep checking in to address any questions or issues.
    Happy Friday!

  10. I remember 11.1…
    being next to the windows
    Coach Brendan was my judge
    Jane Says was playing
I probably took too many water breaks
I think those were the days of the red tape jump rope

  19. I have class tomorrow and I’m afraid I won’t be able to make it to the shed in time for the 12:30 round. Is anybody available to judge my workout at open gym tonight?
