I don’t like the 14.3 rep scheme. Increasing the DL reps AND weight while maintaining the box jumps seems wrong to me.
I think it would have been better for the deadlifts to stick to 15 reps each round and increase the bar weight and box jump reps each round, but I guess I’m biased towards more box jumps.

Being one of the people in the slow group, I’m all for more of the no skill heavy stuff. I’m still worried about my box jump speed slowing me down, but regardless, I know I’m going to get smoked by a number of people. It’s all part of the fun!
