We will do our best to start the 14.5 (FNL) heats around 6:30ish. If you are in The Open, you will have a judge on you… if you’re not in The Open, you will be performing the WOD Rx’d or scaled, and without a judge. This way, we are all training together and nobody has to feel like they didn’t get a chance to be a part of FNL.

warm-ups start ~ 5:30-6:15
first heat ~6:30 PM
drinks and treats after
