100’ oh walking lunges – 45/25 (scale from there)

wall climbs (x3 inchworm push-ups)
cash-out = 50 t2b/k2e OR 100 abmat sit-ups
notes:
-you must do 100’ oh-wl then 1 wall climb… 100’ oh-wl then 2 wall climbs… and so on
-inchworm push-ups go, 3-6-9-12-15
