Congrats to our Coaches in Training!!… Steve, Lily, Scott and Kris!!  During the next 12 weeks they will be going through our first Coaching Mentor Program!  We are excited to provide this opportunity to them, and we hope everyone will be open and respectful to this process as we continue to grow and develop our family of Coaches. 

Over the next 6 weeks, you will notice them on the floor or simply at the shed observing and shadowing the Coaches.  As we progress into the last 6 weeks, they will be more involved in leading warm-ups, explaining and coaching WODs alongside our Coaches.

6 years ago, I was sitting in my garage creating WODs and wondering if all of this was going to work!?!  Now here we are in 2014 still creating great WODs, and now the opportunity to create great Coaches!

  10. Today’s workout was my very first WOD in Jan. I finished that workout in 19:53. I only did 45 singles, had an empty 15# barbell, and did abmat sit-ups. I also threw up after that WOD :-). Fast forward to today..my time improved to 17:23, I did all 90 singles, cleaned and back squatted 65#, and did k2e. I felt great!! Thank you to the coaches for helping me get to where I am today! And thanks to all the athletes that cheer me on and keep me moving. Let’s repeat this again in 6 months…I plan on DU, t2b and RX!!

Crossfit has changed me in a such a positive I never knew was possible & I could care less what the haters say! I love seeing everyone’s constant positivity & motivation to be better! HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
