unbroken deadlifts, no drops from the top (see levels below)
-perform double unders after each unbroken set-
Level 1 – .85 x bodyweight, 5-10 double unders
Level 2 – 1 x bodyweight, 10-20 double unders
Level 3 – 1.25 x bodyweight, 30 double unders
notes:
-it is clear that some athletes possess the strength to perform at level 2 or 3, but perhaps not the skill set to complete the listed amount of double unders.
-understand the animal… is it double unders or deadlifts? what about the time domain… can you finish this in about 15-20 minutes… or faster?
-study the WOD, set yourself up for success, don’t mix and match levels!
