I couldn’t make it in this morning and had limited time and equipment, so I did a pullup emom. 1, 2, 3… until you can’t complete the reps within the minute. It becomes a real test of will to get back on the bar quickly once you start breaking.
The following air squat emom I did was poorly designed (10, 20, 30…). Time becomes a factor just based on the rep scheme before you’re really crushed with fatigue. Next time it will be 4, 8, 12…
