B. accumulate 100 squats AFAP in increments of 20 reps, rest 2min, then C
C. accumulate 35 pendlay rows AFAP in increments of 5 reps, barbell range 35-135, rest 2min, then D
D. accumulate 70 hrpu AFAP in increments of 10-5 reps
E. 10min easy spin on rower
