A2. db thruster cluster 5. 5. 5 rest 10sec @ dots, rest 1:00 then back to A1, x 3

B1. 5 dips, weighted – OR – w/3-5sec negative, rest 30sec then B2
B2. 45sec side bridge (L) + 45sec side bridge (R), rest 15sec between sides, rest 1:00 then back to B1, x 3

C. 5 sets, build sled each set
2:00 – 1 sled push + 1 sled pull + max burpees in time remaining
2:00 – rest (or rotate athletes… use all 4 sleds if necessary)
