warm-up – Coach’s Choice
10 rounds or AMRAP in 45:00 of the workload listed below @ 100% effort… rest segments are as written, or might be longer depending on size of group and rotation of groups of 4 athletes
A. 1 sled sprint + 7 db thrusters AFAP + 10 burpees AFAP, rest 3:30-4min, x 10 or until time expires
notes:
-sled should be heavy and hard to push
-dumbbells should allow you do move As Fast As Possible
-burpees are As Fast As Possible, but DO require full hip extension!!
-dumbbells can be on both sides of the room, so sleds don’t have to be dragged back to starting position
