I wanted to put the next Athlete Development Camp “out there”, so you know when it’s coming back around, etc.
Please keep in mind that it will run through the CrossFit Open… but if we wait until The Open is over, it will finish too close to the summer camp, and I believe it will make your Open experience better!
-Athlete Camp will be 7 total sessions, each lasting minimum of 2 hours
-Sessions will be one day/week, two weeks on, one week off… Suggested dates are: 2/13, 2/20, 3/6, 3/13, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10… (3 out of 7 session will be during The Open)
-Sessions will run Friday evenings from 7:30pm-9:30pm, 10 athletes maximum… if we get more than 10, we will have Friday and Sunday sessions to keep the groups at 10 or less.
-Cost is $250 per athlete
All athletes interested in the Spring Camp, please email me (pjneill@ptd.net) to reserve your spot, ask questions etc.
