– There will be an Rx’d and Scaled division this year, so umm… no excuses there!
– We have done it as a gym every year, since before The Open (when there were sectionals)… and we program the WODs into the week anyway… so why not do it??

OK, so I am not a great salesman, and I don’t have a “pitch” for The Open, especially since I cannot participate this year… but that just gives me a lot more time to dedicate preparing each of you for 5 weeks of the assumable “unknown”.
