We are excited to announce the addition of CrossFit Teens to our schedule! We have had many inquiries about this addition so we finally have enough participants to make it happen. But in order for this to happen we have to remove one adult heat. We looked at the schedule and took a slot that was least attended.
Classes will be on Thursdays at 6:30-7:30 and will follow the same date schedule as CFK.
The heats for Thursdays will be the following: starting April 2nd
4:30-5:15 CFK
5:30-6:30 adult heat
6:30-7:30 CFT
7:30-8:30 adult heat
