B. 3 x 5 strict press, press @ 10:00, 13:00, 16:00

C1. kb swing cluster (24kg/16kg) – 10. 10. 10. 10. 10, rest 15sec @ dots, rest 30sec then C2
C2. 200m run, rest 2min then back to C1, x 3
