Summer sessions will be on Thursdays 4:30 – 5:15 pm (starting August 6, 2015)
Dates: It will consist of four (4) 45-min sessions

The runners did great. The heat was suffocating and the runs were brutal and almost vomit-worthy. The ocean felt amazing. Once again, I’m convinced that the best people in life are the ones you exercise really hard with!
