A. 10:00 – build to a heavy clean & jerk, rest exactly 5:00 then B
B. 8 sets @ 90% effort
5 clean & jerk @ 80% of heaviest successful lift in A
100m sprint
rest trot halfway back, then rest walk back to barbell
Notes:
-after completing 5 c&j, WALK out to trucker road and perform 100m sprint as a straightaway sprint
-PLEASE DO NOT sprint around the corner of the first parking space…
-100m sprint is relative… be intelligent, and see the bigger picture (8 total sprints)
