B. 100 wall balls AFAP, rest 5:00 then C
C. unbroken ascending pull-up ladder for time, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10… perform pull-ups w/in your skill set, 6:00 CAP… rest walk 200m after completing C, then D
