  1. The WOD Blog Comments section is now officially OPEN to post your scores, times, workloads, etc.
    Please be mature and specific in this endeavor, and use this tool as your whiteboard.
    When posting your results, be specific in weights used, height of boxes, types of movements (strict, kipping etc.)… as you are aware, some stuff we do may have Rx’d movements or barbell weights that are not to be exceeded in an effort to create a certain stimulus and provide safety for even our elite outliers. It’s our goal as a Strength & Conditioning program that this online avenue will provide the community “score posting” interaction some are seeking or missing.
    Please remain mature in this endeavor…
    Please have an identity and own your comments, DO NOT post anonymously.
    Please only post scores and results… refrain from judgements or negative comments.
    The scores you post here are valuable information for me to use in creating avatars for YOUR programming, and will ultimately lead to the evolution and success of our program and YOUR SUCCESS in training, fitness, improved health metrics, and even competitive pursuits.
    Lastly, as your Coach (many years for some of you), I ask that you treat this scoring/posting opportunity with the utmost respect and honesty.     – WBs one set of 15 and then 10s
    – OHS no more than 7 at a time 🙁
    * burpee pullups were way slower than I thought they were gonna be

    Singles
    20 lbs wall ball
    75lbs OHS, felt good, I should have done more
    23:00 exactly.
    DId 66 Abmat sit-ups for giggles afterward
    Not wanting to do 28 more HRPU=Serious motivation to finish
    Way fun workout!!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
