A2. 10 RFESS, loaded, no rest between legs, rest 2min then back to A1, x 3… add weight & subtract 2 reps each set (10-8-6)

B.3 x AMRAP 3:00 @ 90% effort, rest 3min between AMRAPs
5 clean to overhead – barbells not to exceed 135/95
9 t2b/k2e/hkr (sub for t2b is 10 med ball abmat sit-ups)
