A. EMOM 8:00
evens – 100m row (W), 150m row (M)
odds – 3-5 stone to shoulder
B. EMOM 8:00
evens – ropes ascents, 1-3 vertical… 5-7 plank
odds – AD to top of minute @ 80-90% aerobic effort
C. EMOM 8:00
evens – 1-5 wall climbs
odds – 10-15 wall balls
D. EMOM 8:00
evens – 10-15 kb swings
odds – 7-10 burpees
