A2. sled push – 1 direction, make it tough… rest 2min then back to A1, x 3

B. EMOM 5:00… barbells not to exceed 75/45
9 shoulder to overhead… then jump rope to top of minute
C. EMOM 5:00
20 air squats… FLR to top of minute
D. EMOM 5:00
6 kb swings + 6 bjsd – both athlete’s choice
