Option 1: 2 heavy thrusters + 1 rope ascent – OR – 3-4 pull-ups
Option 1: 2 tng snatches + 1 rope ascent – OR – 3-4 pull-ups
Option 3: 3 strict hspu + 1 rope ascent – OR – 3-4 pull-ups
