A. 4 x 400m row @ 80-90% aerobic effort (400m should not exceed 2:00), rest 2min b/t sets
rest 2min after your 4th set, then start B
B. EMOM 5:00
5 hrpu + 10 abmat sit-ups
after your 5th set of abmats, repeat A… and if time time allows, rest 2min after your 4th set and repeat B
