overhead plate carry, one direction
5 x 2 lunges + 1 burpee on to plate
(please do not slam plates on to the floor)
rest accordingly, then B
B. 5:00 to warm-up and prep barbell for C
C. AMRAP 5:00 @ 90-95% effort… barbells not to exceed 185/125
1 squat clean
3 deadlifts
5 pull-ups
D. 5 sets @ cool down pace
10 calorie row + 30sec FLR
