50 wall balls + 5 pull-ups – OR – 2 muscle-ups
40 wall balls + 10 pull-ups – OR – 4 muscle-ups
30 wall balls + 15 pull-ups – OR – 6 muscle-ups
20 wall balls + 20 pull-ups – OR – 8 muscle-ups
10 wall balls + 25 pull-ups – OR – 10 muscle-ups
