A2. 5 single arm row, no rest b/t arms… rest to top of the minute then A3
A3. 200’ run (1-2 notches below a sprint), go immediately to A4
A4. 10 pvc overhead lunges + 10 pvc ohs… rest to 5:00 on timer, then back to A1, x 4
