A. 10:00 sled work… push & pull… start light and build gradually over 10:00
rest to 20:00 on timer, get prepped for B
B. 10 sets @ aerobic flow pace… capped at end of training session

7 t2b/k2e/hkr – OR – 1 rope ascent

5 burpees
