A3. 30sec SB (R), back to A1 @ 4:00, 8:00
rest to 15:00 on timer, then B… set up barbell @ 55-60% of A1
B. @ 15:00, perform 3 sets @ high intensity

7 front squats
8 push jerks
rest to 21:00 on timer, then C
C. @ 21:00, perform 3 sets @ high intensity (capped @ 26:00 on timer)
10 hrpu
11 bjsd… boxes not to exceed 20”
12 deadlifts
rest to 27:00 on timer, then D
