2 touch & go power snatches
when timer hits 10:00, go to B
B1. @ 10:00, 14:00, 18:00, 22:00, 26:00 perform the following workload:
2 touch & go clean & jerks + 10-15 wall balls
B2. @ 12:00, 16:00, 20:00, 24:00, 28:00 perform the following workload:
2 touch & go power snatches + 10-15 wall balls
B3. @ 30:00, 32:00, 34:00, 36:00, 38:00 perform the following workload:
1 squat clean + 1 clean & jerk + 5 burpees over bar + 5 wall balls
C. post WOD body maintenance
