sled drag (pull backwards) + 5 wall balls + sled push + 5 pull-up/t2b combo

rest to 25:00 on timer, then B
B. AMRAP 3:00 @ whatever percentage of effort you have left in the tank!
30 db thrusters… dumbbells not to exceed 45/25
30 burpees to target
