Masters of the Shed 2.0 WOD Testing will be taking place the next two Saturdays from 10am-12pm (or so)…
-If you plan to attend, please add your name to whiteboard in the gym… or just show up!
-If you plan on competing, volunteering or judging, try to make it!
-Even if you don’t plan on participating, but want to help us test workouts and provide feedback, please join us!
-Be prepared to train, test, and judge at least 2 workouts!
This weekend, the standards will include:
-ability to do 20 double unders
-ability to climb a rope
-and maybe some other stuff… like L-sits!!!
