B1. 250m row + 10 burpees… rest to 15:00 on timer, then B2
B2. 200m run + 10 burpees… rest to 18:00 on timer, then B3
B3. 12/10cal bike + 10 burpees… rest to 21:00 on timer, then back to B1, x 2
