Athletes can start @ A1 or A2
A1. 60 double unders (1min attempts/singles) + 10 kb swings (24kg/16kg)… rest 30sec, then A2
A2. Run the farmer’s carry loop + 2 rope climbs… rest 30sec, then back to A1, x 5
B. post WOD recovery
