Teams for The Open at the Shed are posted on the whiteboard in the hallway.
Workouts will take place on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings over the next 5 weeks.
The days and times for the Open WODs will be:
Fridays 5:30pm – 8:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am – 11:00am
The format will be business as usual… first come, first served!
If for any reason an athlete needs to get the Open WOD in on a different day or time, it needs to be scheduled accordingly with a judge; and the score needs to be posted on the whiteboard by the end of the night on Monday nights.
Posting scores will be done on the team whiteboard… athletes must list their score and identify rx’d or scaled.
