B. 5 x 1:00 – burpees… rest 1:00 b/t sets… work @ 80-90% effort
rest to 20:00 on timer, then C
C. EMOM 5:00
1 power clean + 2 front squats + 3 push jerks
rest to 26:00 on timer, then D
D. 5 x 1:00 – jump rope reps… rest 1:00 b/t sets… work @ 80-90% effort
E. post WOD recovery
