work @ 0:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, 12:00… build bar each set if appropriate
rest to 18:00, then B
B. 1 set every 3min, x 5
1 squat clean + 2 wall climbs + 30 double unders / 60 singles
work @ 18:00, 21:00, 24:00, 27:00, 30:00… build bar each set if appropriate
