Please make note, all of our Coaches have full-time jobs, school and/or families… please be respectful and adhere to the LAST WOD times!! Make note that hours of operation are subject to change at any time, and changes will be posted accordingly! There is no longer a 15:00 grace period… all warm-ups will start at the times posted on the schedule. Please be respectful of your coaches and fellow athletes… don’t be late!

- You must reserve your training in advance via Mindbody, and you can reserve sessions up to 6 days in advance. If we notice that this option is being abused, we will make changes accordingly.
