Day 5WOD 160513 warm-up – use sleds as warm-up… then 10:00 to prep for WOD A. 10:00 sled work… push & pull… start light and build gradually over 10:00rest to 20:00 on timer, get prepped for BB. 10 sets @ aerobic flow pace… capped at end of training session10 wall balls7 t2b/k2e/hkr – OR –
Day 4 WOD 160512 warm-up – Coach’s Choice… leave enough time for 34:00 of training MAP 2… A1. AMRAP 1:00 – calories AD, rest 1min then A2A2. AMRAP 1:00 – deadlifts (not to exceed 135/95), rest 1min then A3A3. AMRAP 1:00 – air squats… no rest, go immediately to A4A4. 200m run… rest to 11:00
Day 3WOD 160511 warm-up – Coach’s Choice A1. 5 strict press + 3 push press + 1 push jerk… rest to top of minute, then A2A2. 10 db weighted step-ups @ 12”-18”, total reps, alternate legs and perform curl at top of every step-up… back to A1 @ 4:00 & 8:00rest to 15:00 on timer,
