Warm-up – Coach’s Choice
A. 1 set every 2min, x 5… build as you go
1 squat clean + 2 front rack reverse lunges + 3 front squats
Rest 3min after 5th set, reduce barbell to 90% of A, then B
B. AMRAP 7:00 @ 90% effort
1 power clean
1 bar-facing burpee
*add 1 rep to each movement every round
Rest 3min, reduce barbell by 10-15#, then C
C. AMRAP 7:00 @ 90% effort
1 clean & jerk
1 lateral burpee over bar
*add 1 rep to each movement every round
D. post WOD recovery
