Yesterday I practiced double-unders for about 15 minutes and made some good progress. I will practice more today. I also did a 21 15 9 of burpees, 35 lb Dumbell squats, situps, calories on the bike. No stopwatch but approx 10-12 minutes.
Gonna do a strength day today.
Hunter did great at football practice and has been made the starting fullback. More practice tonight and game tomorrow but I will be in the shed prior to the game.

Deb, with my two sons sports weren’t too hard to schedule around because they are a little over eight years apart and rarely did the games clash. Ava and Grace are considerably closer in age so we’ll have to see how that plays out…

Unfortunately, Newton was unable to stop Lenape’s run game. However, our very own RedShed athlete, Brian Winfield, was unstoppable on defense and had Newton’s only touchdown.
Hopefully they will get a win against Kitattinny next week.

Today we did 3 rounds of 50 pushups, 50 situps and 50 squats.
